We made a little progress on the greenhouse today, all the trusses and drops are in and the baseboard along one side is almost finished. The cold and wind made it difficult to get motivated this morning so we ran some errands and showed LeeAnn downtown Plymouth and the very exciting Plymouth rock monument. Our mushroom plug spawn came today, so hopefully this week or weekend we’ll get some logs inoculated and begin one of our new growing adventures of the year!! Sometime in the next 6-18 months we could have fresh mushrooms. Yes, growing your own food involves a lot of patience.
