Please join us for the annual Plato’s Harvest Farm-Day potluck. It’s our chance to show our appreciation to our CSA members as well as invite friends and family down to the farm without the stipulation that they pull some weeds while they’re there.
Children are encouraged as there will be hay-rides and lots of fun with the animals.
New this year: Live music… The Lindsays (http://www.irishmusic.us/) have agreed to entertain at Plato’s Harvest! They’re a husband-and-wife acoustic duo, with Stephen on guitar and vocals and Susan on Irish-style flute, whistle, and sax. They’re an impressive duo and we’re lucky to have them. We met Susan and Stephen at the Plymouth Farmers’ Market and they’ve agreed to play at our farm-day because they believe in the importance of healthy local food and want to support the cause. So thank you Lindsays!
Rain-date will be Sunday the 30th. But we’re sure it can’t still be raining at the end of August. If it rains both days, we’ll figure it out!
