an herbed italian bread, heirloom salsa and eggs. For veggies this week, cucumbers (of course!), garlic and onions, peppers, carrots, radish, eggplant, celery, ARUGULA! and EDAMAME!
for the edamame, just pull each bean off the plant, steam, salt and eat! You just pop the beans right out of the shell and into your mouth. They are delicious!
